The Maxfield Inn offers our guests a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. We are the ideal place to stay if you like to have the intimacy of home without the atmosphere of a hotel chain.

In the morning, you will awake to the smell of fresh brewed Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee and delicious baked goods lovingly prepared by your Innkeeper waiting for you outside your door.  Walk downstairs for breakfast and the delicious aromas of a full gourmet breakfast greet you through the house.

All of our rooms contain oversized luxury bathrobes; cd players; assortment of cd's for your listening enjoyment; alarm clock; and chilled, bottled water.  There is also a small refrigerator available for guest use.

Our rooms are named after the five children of the last Mr. and Mrs. Maxfield to reside at the estate. 

Linda, your Innkeeper, will be delighted to give you a tour of the home and as well as the history of the house....Don't forget to ask her about the properties ties to the Under Ground Railroad.
