Check-In/Check-Out: Check in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. If you would like an earlier check-in, ask your Innkeeper if its available.  If you cannot arrive at The Maxfield Inn before 8:00 p.m. please call us to let us know. Check out is at 11 a.m.

Restrictions: Please note that The Maxfield Inn provides a smoke-free environment inside the house for our guests. Smoking is permitted on the grounds and front veranda.

Cancellations: In order to allow us a fair amount of time to resell a reserved room or suite, cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the reserved date in order to avoid a cancellation fee.  If your cancellation is received after the 14 day time limit, a one night fee will be applied to your credit card and a gift certificate will be forwarded to you, good for one night’s accommodation when you purchase a night’s accommodation.  Please note that we require a Four (4) Week cancellation for reservations that are booked for the Naples Grape Festival .
